The good ole saying ” This is my last pack ” reverberates across the world with so many repeating that same ole saying.
Or how about I’m gonna quit on my birthday or on new years and so on…
Those are all excuses heard to often.
The easiest way to quit is JUST STOP!
To some it will be hard for the first 2 weeks and to others it will be easy.
After you pass the first 2 weeks its smooth sailing from there…
The hardest part in quitting, is after eating a meal and or drinking your early morning coffee, but its all mental and all’s you have to do is train yourself to get past it.
